World History 9: Daily Agenda

May 2-7: from outline to essay...

5/2/2018

May 2/3 Check in: critical friend Essay feedback #1 - Outline

You will work with an assigned Critical Friend to give/receive feedback on the essay outline you developed.  You will complete the Critical Friend Feedback form provided. Please note this form will be turned in at the end of class.

May 4/7 Check in: critical friend feedback #2 - Draft essay

Towards the end of class on May 4 (or May 7), you will work with a different peer to provide a peer review assessment of a partner's essay and provide constructive feedback on their draft essay.  This will help each student know what to focus on for improvement for homework.

Class activity: revise outline & begin writing...

If you need to do further revision and work on your outline (based on feedback you received from your Critical Friend), please make those revisions in class today.  You are expected to have a finalized outline/plan before you leave class today and are ready to write your essay.

If you are ready to begin writing your essay, please do so using the template provided to you in your WH Drop folder.
