HW: Draft Outline for Essay -- use template
Use the template for the outline that was dropped in your World History Drop folder. You will partner up with someone at the start of next class for peer feedback on your outline. You will need to show your outline to Mrs. Stewart and get approval on your planned outline before starting on drafting the essay. As soon as your outline is approved, you may start writing the essay.

Research Resources for Specific Civilizations:
Today, we will work on a couple of things with research...
1. Organizing our research portfolios to ensure we are taking effective notes.
2. Investigating the role of agriculture in the foundations of civilizations.
As we look at some sample research portfolios, we will compare our own research portfolios to the samples. We will also provide and receive peer feedback to those at our table on our own research notes. Then we will practice taking notes more effectively using new note-taking strategies.
