Week 10 HW: Read "Governance"; answer 2 questions; Due Friday in class

Students: For homework this week, please read the following:
Chapter 13 Exploring Global Issues: "Governance"

While reading, please consider the following guiding questions and take notes: 

• What are features (characteristics) of good governance?
• What features lead to bad or ineffective governance?

This week, I ask that you take your journal with you to take notes; please respond to these two questions in your journal--I will check them on Friday!
